Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Customer Service professional to join their client's team in Hartford County Connecticut. This role involves engaging with patients and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Denials, Refunds, Pre-certs, Revenue Cycle
• Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assisting with the scheduling of appointments and follow-ups.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in handling patient records and using healthcare management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their families.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift
